For my Final project, Ellie, Kate, and I decided to work together. First we called places like Crown Candy and even the St. Louis Art Museum but they never called back so we decided to do something at school. We emailed Ms. Mannix and asked if we could interview her about what its like in the trailers learning wise. She said yes so we interviewed her about teaching in the trailers, got b-roll of the class, and interviewed some students. Unfortunately I wasn't there at school the day they filmed because I was sick but I got the clips from them. When it came down to editing I was a little nervous it wouldn't turn out the way I wanted. Although I have had previous experience with editing on iMovie, so I'm pretty good on final cut. I was worried I wouldn't have that aha moment but I did. As I got more into editing it I was really getting the hang of it. When I showed Mr. Goble it there were some things I needed to fix that I didn't even think about. Overall I really like my project and I think I did a really nice job of editing it.

In this video they start off by showing Olivet middle school. The story is about football players who wanted to make a boy with a learning disables day by letting his score a touchdown. They interview his parents who said how they didn't know anything about this plan but were very happy with it. By the end we see Keith scoring a touchdown.
I chose this as one of my reviews because it really touched my heart. In the beginning they show Jaden playing basketball and explain that both of his parents died. One day he told his Grandma that he wanted to make people smile so he decided to go to random places and hand things out such as a rubber duck or a necklace out to make people smile. In the end you are both happy and sad.
For my interview project I was stuck on what I wanted to do. I wanted to interview someone that worked at KSDK while I was there filming a commercial there. Unfortunately it didn't work out so I decided to film my friend. I didn't want to do something like sports because I feel like that is used a lot for projects so I decided to interview her about being apart of VP.
Today my friend Kate interviewed her friend Shirley about the Laduettes dance team. I helped her with the miking and filming of the video. I made sure the sound was just right. As I watched the interview I looked at the camera angle and saw what angle I could use for my Interview. I'm still not sure what to do for mine but I'm thinking about interviewing a coach or teacher.
Last week I finally found my 6 words, "accomplishing your goals makes you better." I decided my video would be about me playing tennis. On monday I went to the 5th grade center to film on the tennis courts. Luckily it was a nice day and it wasn't too bright out. Although it was pretty windy, it didn't stop me from filming. There was one couple that came that got in the back of my shot but I used it anyway because I hit a pretty good forehand. No one else came other than them though. I had to edit everything today because it id due tomorrow and we didn't have this class yesterday. I was a little worried but I knew I had a lot of time to get it done. I finished it today and tomorrow I will export and publish it onto school tube.
Yesterday Mr. Goble assigned my class a 6 word story project and told us to look up Ernest Hemmingway's 6 word story as an example. Some people in the class described it differently than others, I wasn't really sure what he meant when he wrote it. My teacher said to be creative with this but i'm having trouble coming up with ideas. When I looked up some under loss or death, they were really sad. One that stood out to me was,
